TDHCA's staff on Friday, July 10, 2026, will present July Office Hours: Corrective Action, Extensions and Everything that Goes with It, live online.  

This webinar, led by TDHCA staff, will provide an overview of corrective action, extension requests, and enforcement. Representatives from Compliance Monitoring, Physical Inspections, Housing Resources, and Enforcement will be available to answer questions and offer guidance. We'll cover the corrective action submission and review process, how extension requests work, and ways to avoid an enforcement referral. Housing partners will also have the opportunity to ask questions about these processes. The webinar will run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on July 10th to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the live training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.
