TDHCA's Compliance division will present Office Hours, and HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) and Unit Status Report (USR) Training, live online, on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time.

The HOME-ARP and the Unit Status Report (USR) Training, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, will provide an outline of the program requirements and reporting expectations for HOME-ARP and the Unit Status Report (USR). During the training, housing partners will have an opportunity to ask questions about the HOME-ARP program and the USR. This will be a general webinar and run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on June 12 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the live training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions. The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
