TDHCA will present a live, online presentation of Income Determination Training on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The webinar is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Central Time.

The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements for TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners, managers, on-site staff, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.

At the training attendees will:

- Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs
- Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income
- Get answers to your questions about eligibility

While the webinar is offered at no cost, all attendees must register online at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3159750582457149024.

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Central Time (CST), and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event. The webinar is eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications, but it will not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours. Attendees must use their dedicated link to join, which will be emailed from GoTo Meeting, and be present for the full day of training in order to receive their certificate.
