TDHCA announces the opening of the public comment period for the Proposed Amendments to 10 TAC Chapter 10, Subchapter E.  The public comment period begins on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 8 a.m. Central Time and ends on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 5 p.m., Central Time.  

The proposed rule action can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center. It can also be found in the Texas Register edition dated May 23, 2025, at https://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.
