TDHCA is releasing a draft of the 2027 Annual Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan and asking for public comment. The draft was approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on March 6, 2026. The public comment period begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, on Friday, March 27, 2026.  All public comments must be received by 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

The proposed draft can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center and is expected to be posted in the Texas Register edition dated March 27, 2026, at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.
