Reminder: Pursuant to House Bill 1510, the Monthly Titling Report is available electronically as a downloadable report from the TDHCA/MHD website rather than in hard copy. Should you require a hard copy, you will need to send an email monthly with “Monthly Titling Report” noted in the subject line to: taxliendatabase@tdhca.texas.gov.
Instructions for running the monthly report can be found on the Tax Lien Information page.
