The headquarters building is located across the street from the State Capitol at the corner of 11th Street and San Jacinto. TDHCA has been assigned three and one-half floors of the four-story building, and shares the building with the Office of the Governor's Economic Development and Tourism Department. Free parking is available at the State Visitor Parking Garage at 12th and San Jacinto.
