The Manufactured Housing Division (MHD) is committed to constantly improving the efficiency of its processes and forms.
In an effort help potential licensees with the application process, fillable license applications are now available online for applicants to fill out and print when applying for a license.
Additionally, Notices of Installation (Form Ts) are also now available in a fillable format.
Using these new fillable features are a convenience for our industry partners and enables the MHD to ensure consistency and accuracy when processing these forms.
