The 300-unit property is a 2021 4% Housing Tax Credit recipient, receiving $3.3 million in tax credits and worth an approximate value of $33 million over the 10-year term.
 
Waterview Crossing, located at 1220 S. Powell Parkway in Anna, provides one to four bedroom units serving households making 50 to 70 percent of the Area Median Income.
