TDHCA frequently receives MCOs on new homes that have been transferred from the original retailer who received the home from the Manufacturer to another retailer, but the transfer isn't documented on the MCO as required by § 1201.204(a)(2).
Ensure that your application is complete by ensuring that the retailer selling the home is listed by name and license number on the MCO.
