TDHCA is hosting a live, online Office Hours session to spotlight the rules and regulations for the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA). The Office Hours session is scheduled for Friday, September 11, from 9 to 11 a.m., Central Time. Members of TDHCA staff will lead the session and provide answers to questions that arose during a previously recorded webinar conducted on August 5, 2026. Staff will address any changes to the program requirements, clarifications obtained in the month between the two sessions, and answer any additional questions. 

Participants will learn more about 10 TAC Section 10.628 Verification of Occupant Legal Status for HOME, HOME ARP Rental, and NHTF Developments along with other sections of the Texas Administrative Code that are impacted by the new rules and regulations.
