TDHCA is presenting Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Training live, online on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

This training, led by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff, provides a solid foundation of information that owners, syndicators, managers, and on-site staff need to know in order to comply with the requirements for the HTC program.

While the webinar is offered at no cost, all attendees must register online at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5823775997093249371. 

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Central Time, and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event.

The webinar is eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications but does not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours. In order to receive CEC hours, attendees must be present for the full webinar.
