TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance is offering a Summer “Lunch and Learn” series. The series will cover topics normally covered in the Department's Income Determination Training.  On August 7, 2025, the final webinar will cover Calculating Adjusted Income and a Case Study (as required in Section 811 PRA, HOME-ARP, HOME and TCAP RF) from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. Central Time.  

All recordings and handouts will be posted to the Department's website and available for further review following the conclusion of the series on August 7, 2025.
