TDHCA will present a Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) Audit Workbook Roundtable live online, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, Central time. 

The roundtable, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, is to provide an open conversation about the HFC Audit Workbook. HFC owners, auditors, and management staff will have the opportunity to discuss the Audit Workbook, share observations, and provide feedback prior to the workbook's finalization and adoption. 

A draft of the HFC Audit Workbook will be emailed to interested parties the week of December 8, 2025, to allow participants time to review the materials prior to the webinar. There will be no formal presentation during the webinar; however, this is an opportunity for participants to ask questions and engage with TDHCA compliance staff.
