TDHCA will hold a public hearing at 2:30 p.m. Central Time on December 8, 2025, to solicit public comment on a draft amendment to the 2026 Annual Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan.  The hearing will be at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, 221 E 11th Street, Room 116, Austin, Texas 78701.

The proposed draft amendment can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center and is expected to be posted in the Texas Register edition dated October 24, 2025, at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.

The public comment period begins at 8 a.m. Central Time on October 24, 2025.  ALL COMMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5 p.m., Central Time, on December 8, 2025.
