TDHCA staff are presenting Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) Training live, online on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff and provides a solid foundation of information that owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know to comply with the requirements for the Multifamily Direct Loan programs.  Multifamily Direct Loan programs include HOME, TCAP RF, HOME-ARP, NHTF, NSP, and others as listed in the Texas Administrative Code that follow the MFDL rules.

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Central Time (CST), and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event.  This webinar will be eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications, but it will not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours.
