TDHCA presents Virtual Multifamily Direct Loan Program training from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, February 25, 2027.

This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff and provides a solid foundation of information that owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know to comply with the requirements for the Multifamily Direct Loan programs.  Multifamily Direct Loan programs include HOME, TCAP RF, HOME-ARP, NHTF, NSP, and others as listed in the Texas Administrative Code that follow the MFDL rules.
