TDHCA presents Virtual Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Training from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.

This training will be led by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff and will provide a solid foundation of information that owners, developers, syndicators, managers, and on-site staff need to know to comply with the requirements for the HTC program.

For any housing partner needing this certificate as part of their Cost Certification, please note that all certificates should be emailed to attendees no later than Monday, January 11th.  Attendees must use their dedicated link emailed to them from the registration and reminders to receive certificates and must be present for the full day training.
