TDHCA will present "The Application versus the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA)" and Office Hours, live online, on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.  This webinar, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, will provide a comparison of the Application elections to the outcome on the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA). 

The information presented can serve as a resource for owners, management, and onsite staff to have as a demonstration of how and where LURA requirements originate and will give participants an opportunity to learn where to find information such as required designations, additional requirements, special needs requirements, supportive services, and other elections in the Application for funds. Participants will view real examples and have the opportunity to ask questions in real-time. The Application versus the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) webinar will run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the live training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.
