TDHCA will present a live online presentation of the Income Determination Training on Friday, March 27, 2026. This training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners, managers, on-site staff, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.

At the training attendees will:

- Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs

- Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income

- Get answers to your questions about eligibility

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Central Time (CST), and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event.  This webinar will be eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications, but it will not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours.
