TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance staff will present Office Hours and A Discussion about Rule Changes, live online, on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.

A Discussion About Rule Changes webinar will be led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and will provide a live presentation and discussion on recent changes to rules that impact the programs monitored by the multifamily compliance division with a focus on the 2025 HOME Final Rule changes. The webinar will serve as an outline of the changes and how those changes have been implemented into the Compliance Monitoring Rules. The webinar will also give housing partners an opportunity to ask questions about the changes. This will be a general webinar regarding the rules changes coming as a result, primarily, of the 2025 HOME Final Rule. This webinar will run from 9 to approximately 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on May 8 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the live training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions. The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
