HUD's updated income and asset documentation standards, Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA), is scheduled to be effective on January 1, 2026.  To help prepare for these changes, TDHCA's Single Family and Homelessness Programs will host a HOTMA training on November 4, 2025, for administrators of the HOME Program or Colonia Self Help Center Program.   The webinar is scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
