TDHCA's Compliance division will present "Scary, Spooky Fees in Multifamily Compliance," live online, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.
This webinar, led by TDHCA Compliance staff, will provide details on related fees applicable to programs monitored by the Multifamily Compliance division. The intention of this webinar is to serve as an informational session, and give housing partners an opportunity to ask general questions about the fees that are allowed and disallowed, along with what is required of the property staff, management, and ownership. Staff will not discuss specific properties or issues of noncompliance. The webinar will run from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.
At the conclusion of "Scary, Spooky Fees in Multifamily Compliance" training, staff will remain online in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on October 28 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the Scary, Spooky Fees training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.

The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
