TDHCA is releasing a draft amendment to the 2026 Annual Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan and asking for public comment. The draft was approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on October 9, 2025. The public comment period begins at 8:00 a.m, Central Time, on Friday, October 24, 2025.  All public comments must be received by 5 p.m., Central Time, on Monday, December 8, 2025.

The proposed draft can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center and is expected to be posted in the Texas Register edition dated October 24, 2025, at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.
