TDHCA is releasing a draft of the proposed new 10 TAC Chapter 7, Emergency Solutions Grant Program, Subchapter C Emergency Solutions Grants, Section 7.40, Competitive Program Participant Services Selection Criteria for public comment. The draft was approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on July 9, 2026. The public comment period begins at 8 a.m, Central Time, on Friday, July 24, 2026, and continues until 5 p.m., Central Time, on Monday, August 24, 2026.

The proposed draft can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center, and is expected to be posted in the Texas Register edition dated July 24, 2026, at  http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.
