TDHCA will present Office Hours and The Complaint Process in Multifamily Compliance; live online, on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.
This webinar will provide an overview of the complaint process and some of the most common issues reported to TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division as they pertain to certain TDHCA programs. The intention of this webinar is to serve as an informational session for housing partners and give an opportunity to ask general questions about the complaint process and what is required of property staff, management, and ownership. Staff will not discuss specific complaints. The webinar is scheduled from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.
Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on September 12 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the Complaint Process training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.

The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
