The Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless (TICH) will meet at 10:30 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, DeZavala Conference Room, 6505 N. Interstate 35, Austin, TX 77052.

TICH meets quarterly to coordinate the state's resources and services to address homelessness and is comprised of representatives from state agencies along with members appointed by the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives.
