TDHCA presents virtual Multifamily Direct Loan Program training as it relates to the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon Central Time on Thursday, September 23, 2027.  This is part of TDHCA’s virtual Multifamily Direct Loan Program training series each Thursday in September 2027.

The sessions will be led by TDHCA compliance staff and provide a solid foundation of information that owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know to comply with the requirements for the Multifamily Direct Loan programs.  Multifamily Direct Loan programs include HOME (inclusive of HOME Match Units), TCAP RF, HOME-ARP, NHTF, NSP, and ERA programs as listed in the Texas Administrative Code that follow the MFDL rules.
