TDHCA and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) will present a live online presentation of the Income Determination Training on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.

This training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs.  All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.

At the training you will:
- Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs
- Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income
- Get answers to your questions about eligibility
