TDHCA will present Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) Training live, online on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Central Time.

This training will be led by TDHCA Compliance staff and provides a solid foundation of information that owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know in order to comply with requirements for the Multifamily Direct Loan programs. Multifamily Direct Loan programs include HOME, TCAP RF, HOME-ARP, NHTF, NSP, and others that follow the MFDL rules as listed in the Texas Administrative Code.

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The training will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event. This webinar will be eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications, but it will not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours.
