TDHCA's Compliance division will conduct a virtual Income Determination Training on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, starting at 9 a.m., Central Time. The training should last until approximately 4 p.m. The webinar will open the waiting room at approximately 8:45 a.m., and the training will begin promptly at 9 a.m.

The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
