TDHCA has announced a public comment period for proposed amendments to 10 TAC Section 1.23 State Low Income Housing Plan and Annual Report Rule, as approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on January 15, 2026, from February 6, 2026, through March 8, 2026.

The official version will be posted in the Texas Register edition dated February 6, 2026, at https://www.sos.texas.gov/texreg/index.shtml. The public comment period begins Friday, February 6, 2026, and ends Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 5 p.m., Central Time.
