Dealer’s Inventory Tax: Bexar County

The Bexar County Appraisal District, has advised that for a manufactured home to be considered part of a retailer’s inventory and subject to the dealer’s inventory tax, the home must be:

1. Titled in the retailer’s name;
2. Elected as retailer’s inventory; and
3. Vacant.

Any homes not in compliance will be subject to property taxes.
