MHD Announcement: Fingerprint Requirements (and Fast Fingerprint Pass)

Pursuant to §1201.1031 of the Texas Occupations Code, any person applying for or renewing a manufacturer's, retailer's, broker's, installer's, or salesperson's license must provide their fingerprints, in a specified format, so that a DPS and FBI criminal history check can be performed. Once fingerprints are on file with DPS, a licensee will not need to be fingerprinted for subsequent renewals.

Please DO NOT send fingerprint cards, FAST Fingerprint Passes, or anything else relating to FINGERPRINTS to the Manufactured Housing Division. All fingerprints MUST be submitted through the State's fingerprint vendor, MorphoTrust (formally L-1 Enrollment Services).
