The Loan Reservation System is where certified Nonprofit Owner-Builder Housing Providers (NOHPs) reserve Texas Bootstrap Loan Program funds on behalf of Owner-Builder applicants.
For a user id and password, NOHPs must complete and return this form to TDHCA:
