TDHCA will conduct an in-person Income Determination Training in Austin, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., Central Time (CST). The training will take place in Room 320 at the Thomas J. Rusk Building in Austin. The Thomas J. Rusk building is located at 208 E 10th St, Austin, TX 78701. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m., and the training will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.

This is an in-person training and is offered at no cost to attendees. Spots are limited. Once the training is full the registration link will indicate this information. To be placed on a waiting list for an opening, please email Kathie Watkins at kathie.watkins@tdhca.texas.gov. 

The training is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with breaks in the morning and afternoon and a break for lunch. Lunch and refreshments are not provided.
