TDHCA will hold a public hearing in order to receive public comment on 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) applications received in Texas Uniform State Service Regions 1, 2, 3, and 4, on May 16, 2025, beginning at 2 p.m., at the Dallas Public Library, J. Erik Jonsson Central Library, O’Hara Hall (7th Floor), 1515 Young Street, Dallas, TX 75201.
