TDHCA will host a webinar regarding the 2025 HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Nonprofit Capacity Building and Operating Cost (NCO) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), as amended.  The webinar is scheduled for Monday, May 5, 2025, beginning at 1 p.m., Central Time.

HOME-ARP NCO funds in the amount of $750,000 were re-released in April 2025 after the First Amendment to the competitive NOFA. The NCO funds will be competitively awarded to organizations that anticipate submitting an application for a HOME-ARP Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) project within nine months. The 2025 NCO NOFA First Amendment is available on TDHCA's website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/notices-funding-availability-nofas.
