MHD Announcement: New Recording Feature for Central Tax Collectors (CTCs)

The Department proudly announces a feature of our new database that enables CTCs to “RECORD” their own tax liens, has been launched, effective January 5, 2012. If you have not obtained your CTC account please visit the Tax Lien Information page for more information and to download the required forms.

Also, CTCs may now upload electronic files into the MH database. Please consult the User Guide (PDF) for further instructions.
