Oct. 21: TDHCA presents virtual Income Determination Training

TDHCA will present a live, online presentation of Income Determination Training on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The webinar is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Central Time. The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements for TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners, managers, on-site staff, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
