Oct. 18: Single Family HOME Program Rule in-person roundtable

TDHCA is proposing changes to the Single Family HOME Program Rule, 10 TAC Chapter 23. This rule governs administration of TDHCA Single Family HOME Program Activities, including Homeowner Reconstruction Assistance, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, Contract for Deed, Single Family Development, and Homebuyer Assistance with New Construction.

The TDHCA Single Family and Homeless Programs (SFHP) division has scheduled an in-person roundtable from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Central Time on the proposed changes, and invites stakeholders to provide feedback.
