TDHCA has proposed rule replacements relating to 10 TAC Section 2.302, Administrative Penalty Process, and 10 TAC Section 2.401, General, as approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on May 7, 2026. The rules will be open for public comment from May 22, 2026, through June 22, 2026. The rules, including preambles, are expected to be published in the Texas Register edition of May 22, 2026, and those published versions will constitute the official version for purposes of public comment and can be found at https://www.sos.texas.gov/texreg/index.shtml.
